Wm. Everett Seymore, the founder of the
Seymore Law Firm, has practiced in the South Plains since founding the Firm in 1981. Everett has
fought for the rights of his clients
for over thirty years, representing individuals who have been charged with a crime, have been involved in family-related legal issues, or have dealt with the serious injury or loss of a loved one.
Everett graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor in Business Administration in 1974. Everett subsequently attended and graduated from the Texas Tech University School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1977. Everett began his legal career in the Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of the State. Everett practiced in both county and district court prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases.
